What is your booking process?
Once you completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions to fill out our shopping form. The shopping form helps us personalize your experience. Then, on a date closer to your shopping tour date, you will receive the information with regards to the tour meeting point or your hotel pick up time if your booking includes pick up and drop off.
After your shopping tour, you will receive your style cards as well as souvenir pictures from your experience.
